This is one of the more demanding procedures in plastic surgery, and few surgeons in Korea can perform it with confidence. Since introducing on a television program some years ago a technique that removes sagging abdominal, thigh, and upper-arm skin all at once, I have demonstrated consistently stable surgical results through extensive clinical experience, as the before-and-after photos show.
