Hybrid breast augmentation can be performed by any plastic surgery clinic capable of fat grafting.
That is why, during breast augmentation consultations, what clinics say about adding fat grafting often differs from one clinic to another.

In hybrid breast augmentation, fat grafting is often performed together.
( * Strictly speaking, there are also options such as artificial dermis / filler. )
Here, when fat is grafted in large volumes — 200 cc or more — to increase size, side effects can occur.
It can make breast cancer screening difficult, and there is a risk of oil cysts / calcification.

That is because the donor site determines the graft survival rate.

To raise the survival rate, fat with a texture similar to breast tissue should be used.
Fat with a texture similar to breast tissue includes 'accessory breast' fat.
That is why we, too, mainly harvest 'accessory breast fat'.
