Some of you live in the Seoul metropolitan area, while others may be planning to travel to Seoul from other regions for surgery.
Finding a clinic in an unfamiliar city is awkward enough,
and since breast augmentation requires general anesthesia, we imagine the decision is not an easy one.
So today, we would like to explain what kind of breast surgery clinic in Seoul is worth choosing.

1. How does the clinic manage
infection control in the operating room?

Our advice is to ask during your consultation how the clinic handles infection control in the operating room.
The inside of the nose naturally harbors many bacteria (e.g., Staphylococcus aureus). These bacteria are constantly exposed to the air, so the risk of infection is high.
Of course, this issue could be partly addressed by placing nose surgery and breast surgery on separate floors.
Even so, we believe that in a major operation like breast surgery, not even the slightest risk should be tolerated,
which is why U&U performs breast surgery only.

Beyond surgery itself, we have also built the infrastructure for breast health after the operation.

This allows us to carry out surgery through the following process.
Before surgery: breast cancer screening
3 months after surgery: implant check-up

2. Aftercare should not
stop at the breast.

That is why some patients experience disc pain after surgery.
To prevent these changes in body posture, management through physical therapy and Pilates is essential.
But from a patient's perspective, it is only natural to worry about when to start exercising, or whether moving too soon might worsen the outcome.
