In fact, the surgery itself is possible.
However, depending on the degree of sagging, simple implant-based breast augmentation alone may not deliver the result you want.
Today, on this point, we would like to offer advice to those weighing their surgical options because of post-childbirth breast sagging.

As a bad example of breast surgery outcomes, there is something called the 'Snoopy deformity.'
It means the upper breast is full like Snoopy's forehead, while the nipple points downward like Snoopy's nose.
In terms of breast shape, it looks like this.
This occurs when a case that needs augmentation + a lift is treated with augmentation alone.
The breast takes on a shape that seems to slide from top to bottom, and in some cases this even leads to revision surgery.
Therefore, for a deflated upper breast combined with sagging from lost elasticity, it is best to perform a lift together with augmentation.
Of course, in some cases sagging does improve with augmentation alone.

If your breast ptosis falls under grade 1-2 in the image above, implant augmentation alone can resolve it.
If you fall under grade 3 or higher, a lift may be needed in addition to implant augmentation.
However, because of the scars a lift leaves, some people feel hesitant about that surgery.
