The reason breasts sag with pregnancy and childbirth is simple.
As the breasts enlarge during this period, the supporting ligaments that hold them in place become physically stretched.
However, once stretched, these supporting ligaments do not return to their original state after childbirth.
This fact is also clearly stated in the chapter on breast aging in a globally recognized plastic surgery textbook (Oxford).
To date, no non-surgical method has emerged that can restore stretched breast-supporting tissue to its original state.
Therefore, surgery can be called the most reliable method of improvement.

When surgery keeps getting postponed for one reason or another, years often slip by before you know it. And as you get older, the very act of going in for surgery becomes more burdensome.
