Over time, an implant may change shape or, in rare cases, develop a subtle rupture.

That is why it helps to check who will do your breast examinations, so that the breast tissue itself is looked at after surgery as well.

3) The scope of aftercare

Many people think of breast augmentation complications only as 'problems with the breast itself.'

But the weight change from adding two implants

affects your whole-body balance — rounded shoulders, forward-head posture, and back/lower-back pain.

If these body changes are left unmanaged, the pain can become severe enough to make you consider implant removal later.

So please also check what care is available if your shoulders or lower back start to feel uncomfortable after surgery.
