Currently, Motiva breast augmentation is priced from the 10-million-KRW range and up.

However, even for breast augmentation performed with the same implant, the cost quoted can differ from clinic to clinic.

- Nursing / medical staff labor costs

- Anesthesia fees / medication costs

- Post-op laser and radiofrequency care fees, and so on…

This is because many factors like these go into the price of Motiva breast augmentation.

Breast augmentation is a surgery that almost always requires general anesthesia. So an anesthesiologist must be present in the operating room.

However, not every clinic keeps an anesthesiologist on staff full-time.

There is also a work arrangement where an outside anesthesiologist visits only during scheduled surgery hours, rotating among several clinics.

However, anesthesia is not something

that ends with simply keeping you anesthetized

during the operation.

2) Whether the clinic has a breast surgery specialist.

Before and after breast surgery, an ultrasound exam is always part of the process. This ultrasound can also be performed by a plastic surgeon.

However, an ultrasound read by a plastic surgeon and one read by a breast surgery specialist take different perspectives.

While a plastic surgeon focuses on the 'implant,' a breast surgery specialist focuses more on 'breast tissue / breast disease.'

Over time, an implant may change shape or, in rare cases, develop a subtle rupture.

For a safe prognosis, we hope you will also check whether a breast surgery specialist works at the clinic full-time.

3) The scope of aftercare

Many people think of breast augmentation complications only as 'problems with the breast itself.'

But the weight change from adding two implants

affects your whole-body balance — rounded shoulders, forward-head posture, and back/lower-back pain.

If these body changes are left unmanaged, the pain can become severe enough to make you consider implant removal later.

So please check the scope of aftercare — whether it also takes your body alignment into account.
